An outlet with a variety of shops. There is a good morimori sushi shop. Delicious but not pricey.

Hugh factor outlet mall with lot of parking spaces. The shop variety is very good. Moreover, there'regood choirs of restaurants. The whole family can spend while day shopping leisure here.

A nice place to buy branded items. Prices are the best in specific selling hours which may depend on the store.

A day at this outlet was not enough to explore all shops. Must come again next time.

Great place for shopping in Kansai area.

Place is vast to roam around. Got to buy a pricey watch at a very affordable price. Nice place to shop. Shoes were so affordable. Prices were off from 50%-70%... How is that for s shopping!

I went on the public holiday, the traffic was really bad. it was suppose to be a 20 mins bus ride, it took me almost 2 hours to get to the outlet from the station. A lot of cars trying to get into the outlet. I suggest you to go there on a weekday.

Good place for shopping and relax. Air is fresh. Parking lot is big. You can get there by bus also.

There are some good discounts but sometimes things can be more expensive then a regular store. Keep you eyes on the deals and know what the price of what you are looking for and you should be fine.

I went during weekdays but Crocs was having 50% discount. The price was very reasonable.

Nice place to grab some of your Japanese branded fashion like Nicole, Onitsuka Tiger etc..... worth a visit if you are in Kyoto, there's direct express bus available during weekend at Kyoto Station.

The place has a lot of bathrooms, good choice of foods, and a lot of clothes and house stuffs brands. The price sometimes doesn't seem to be the price of an outlet, but sometimes it has good sales. So, you need to have a little bit luck to get good deals. The most famous world brands like Adidas, Nike, Puma, Armani, Polo, GAP, Zara, Crocs, Columbia, Under Armor, Swarovski, Ray-Ban, American Eagle etc, have been represented here. Shortly: the structure is fantastic, with a lot of stores to visit.

Remarkably large stores with appropriately sized inventories and polite service staff.

Dont be deceived by the exterior. Seems quiet on the outside and small. But when you are inside, u can spend a day here. Goods are not as cheap as the US outlets but you get japanese stuff here.

Good selection of stores, prices range from reasonable to outrageous. Some items are marked almost the same as regular stores, so you'll have to find the special deals. Worth checking out.

This is a huge, still pretty new shopping venue with all kinds of shops/restaurants. If you're in Shiga prefecture you might as well visit for a few hours. Be prepared to spend a great deal of money.

A nice day shopping at bargain prices. The outlet featured many branded shops of clothing, shoes, handbags, household and ... Free parking within walking distance. Toilet facilities available. Many restaurants to choose. Happy shopping.

Best part is the play park at rear side of the outlet. Kids enjoyed playing there no matter how long time mm took for shopping

Might be able to find discontinued pieces for discounted price as how it is supposed to be!!! They also have a food court to grab variety of foods from Japan. You can easily spend more than half a day there.

One hour drive from Kyoto city. You can also take the Kintetsu bus from Kyoto JR directly. They accept seat reservation.

Plenty of brands, not too many people, but quite far from. Plan your trip and stay here for at least an hour or two.
